Several other Companies would not take the project on….but, SHANE did…..and we are very grateful. The construction was ”custom -made” on site…and it was not a simple task….but, Shane persevered and completed the task. Shane and his workmen were always courteous, friendly and very tidy……always cleaned up after their work. With the recent bad weather we have been having, it has proved to be a wonderful asset. We found you and your team to be very friendly, hard working, enthusiastic and very professional in everything you did. It didn’t go unnoticed that you were alsbo very punctual, which can be a rarity these days and that at the end of each day our property was left clean and tidy, which we thank you for. Your attention to detail is fantastic and I know that we could not have got a better constructed carport from any other company. Of the four companies that I requested quotations from, you were the only one that quoted to build the carport the way Leonie and I wanted it, all the others wanted to change it in some way. Another thing which deserves mention here too, is the fact that the price which you quoted was the price we paid, no hidden costs, even with the complexity of the design! You also convinced us to use the more superior products supplied by Stratco and we are very pleased that you did, the appearance of the carport is one of its main features. Thanks also for your tenacity dealing with council’s approval process, I know that I would not have been able to deal with them as well as you did! Some of our friends have asked who built the carport, as they were very impressed with what they saw. We gave them one of your business cards and said that you were very highly recommended, should they consider building something similar. Leonie and I would have no hesitation in using your services again, sometime in the future, as we know that we will get a quality, professional job. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Shane and the team from Excelfit for the fantastic job they did in the organisation, supply and fit of our new entertaining area in the backyard. I approached Shane initially about 18 months ago and he came out and quoted the job but at that point I didn’t go ahead with it due to us changing our mind on the design of it, but once we had decided on a new design he was the first person I called to come back out and re quote the job because of the impression he created at our first meeting. We found Shane to be a great communicator, very approachable, honest and more importantly a man of his word as we have also been dealing with other tradespeople who have gone back on their word and sometimes not even showed up which is very frustrating when you are trying to coordinate everyone at the same time. We found his workmanship to be of great quality and the job was finished inside the nominated timeframes we needed (to allow other works to be completed) even though he had other jobs that were booked in before ours. My name is William and Shane recently installed a pergola for me out the back. I must say Shane was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. He was professional, honest and extremely reliable. Shane was true to his word every time from the initial quote to delivery of the materials to construction. He promised we would have a pergola before Christmas and he delivered. On the 23rd of December the pergola was set up and ready to be used for Christmas. Shane always arrived when he said he would and we never had any issues at all. His prices are really good and the materials he uses are exceptional. I would certainly recommend him above all because of his great work. You can tell straight away that he has a wealth of experience because it is shown in his work. When you look at the completed product you can tell immediately that it was done by a professional.
